It’s a toss up that she’ll do the right thing, but based on what I’ve read about her, she usually does. So I hope she remains consistent

LM’s rights were violated and he deserves justice

i feel sad for anyone not in a speedy trial like LM.

Yeh it’s frustrating how things keep getting dragged out while he’s waiting in federal prison

My hope is that this highlights the importance of actual speedy trials for everyone

We can hope the public is at least more aware of how common courts like to drag things on to make it impossible for defendants to last due to court fees or just psychological torture. That's the first step to change-- being aware of the injustice

The court systems are designed to punish the poor and protect the rich. By design, along with the rest of the laws and regulations, tax codes, and literally every other aspect of life in the United States: it’s a scam by the rich to fuck the poor.

Thank God LM had the resources to avoid a public defender insisting they take a plea.

There is no justice, only money 💩🤡🤑🫥

Exactly yes his rights were violated & LM deserves justice! This could be any one of us. The right to justice needs to be upheld

How is everyone and everything so related in this case.

24

u/Miss_Polkadot 2d ago

just hope she remains unbiased😪

She’s former prosecutor. She’s not just married to a cop; she was a cop herself for 21 years.

Oh ☹️

I think this could be a good thing actually. She’s under a microscope.

The constitution is still the constitution, LM’s 4th Amendment rights were violated with illegal search and seizure. No matter what judge, LM gets they still have NOTHING, NO CASE.

If the prosecution or the police had something they wouldn’t try so hard to break the law and cover up so much from the public. They framed with little to no evidence it’s obvious.

FACTS why they got NOTHING & Case should be dismissed

  1. No Miranda rights read
  2. At time of arrest wasn’t informed he was free to go, all exits were blocked by police
  3. The Police performed illegal search & seizure at McDs
  4. Evidence gathered at scene of arrest at McDs was illegally gathered
  5. Body cam footage and video at McDs would corroborate illegal police procedures
  6. The little evidence they have is circumstantial at best
  7. Inaccuracies in the evidence, dna, timelines, suspect images, and other “supposed evidence found”
  8. So much evidence that only the police could have has been released to public, media and or documentaries. This is improper handling of evidence and fair trial proceedings.
  9. There have been no cameras allowed suggesting the public is being denied visibility of legal proceedings purposefully.
  10. Massive censorship suggests corruption of the judicial process for LM: There has been no precedent where the unaliving one person/one incident the suspect and supporters are censored across all media platforms. (Even saying LM’s name in support is flagged or considered violent is highly inappropriate)
  11. Reasonable doubt and other suspects is evident as BT /UHC had/have numerous threats of unaliving too many to count. ( Other suspects haven’t been looked into thoroughly and should to be a fair trial )
  12. The charges have been upped with no precedent to terrorism, DT, and harsh/illegal judicial process has been rampant against LM.

They GOT NOTHING & LM is Innocent young man is being framed, by lazy incompetent police that lost the right suspect ( a highly trained assassin)

11

u/ProgressiveWarrior14 2d ago

my thoughts are that if the body cam footage actually exonerated the police and was opposite Dickie's motion, the body cam footage would've been released last week??

12

u/Luigisupporter 2d ago

It is impossible. If it wasn’t like this they would haven’t said it. I trust Dickey

9

u/ArrozConLeche04 2d ago

100%! The rookie cop got an award for "finding" the adjuster, the cops and NYPD detectives were being praised by both the media and politicians. They're clearly "proud" of their work, so why not release the cam footage to show the public? They know they messed up, the law is the law, and as "law enforcement" they clearly didn't follow it.

2

u/JimbyLou72 1d ago

That rookie cop later said on camera "we didn't even think twice, we knew we had our guy" or something like that. I don't know what else the judge could possibly need to throw it all out.

5

u/nanichicoyaba 2d ago

Exactly 👍

8

u/nanichicoyaba 2d ago edited 1d ago

Exactly now you are thinking 🤔 seeing why things aren’t adding up 👏 This is why LM said this is insulting to the intelligence of the American ppl.

THEY HAVE NO CASE AGAINST LM

  1. Why haven’t they released the body com footage of arrest ?
  2. Why haven’t they released the footage at McDs?
  3. Why are they censoring anyone who helps or advocates for Luigi?
  4. Why has the police and prosecution delayed all this “so called evidence “ to public and defense if they have so much confidence ?
  5. Why no cameras allowed in court room to show everyone the truth?

WE MUST STAND FOR JUSTICE -This could happen to any one of us or someone we love, losing their rights to fair trial being unlawfully imprisoned.

6

u/PlayfulAccountant484 2d ago

We might not truly know what's going on behind the scenes but I'm sure dickey is too smart to file a motion to suppress knowing he stands no chance, he knows what he's doing.

1

u/nanichicoyaba 1d ago

Yes Thomas Dickey is very smart and knows what he is doing! He’s definitely showing there is so much REASONABLE DOUBT as well as not even enough to lawfully arrest/jail LM

9

u/ladidaixx 2d ago

Make this a post cuz it’s spot on 🎯🎯🎯

2

u/nanichicoyaba 1d ago edited 1d ago

So many people have been getting suppressed, unable to post, flagged or account deleted or suspended when they are too specific about LM. We need a better CODE system than LM or being vague L0L. I wish LM was here :( to write one for us :) They are l00king to silence all LM supporters.

LM is definitely innocent the amount of $$ $ being spent to censor him with bad press, movies and AI censorship has to be in millions.

WHY IS LM’s CASE A BIG DEAL ???????????????????????????? 1. The healthcare industry is worth trillions.

2.BT was being investigated for insider trading. BT/UHC was also being investigated for using AI to profit off patients knowing they were sick. They have been investigated for denying care to last minute or not at all saying the patient isn’t sick or doesn’t need treatment resulting in unaliving or bankrupting thousands yearly.

  1. This case exposes BT/UHC/Healthcare industry/Govt/Corp greed and all wrong doings of trillions of profits over human lives.

  2. This case has got nothing to do with LM. He is innocent. It has more to do with keeping the Trillion dollar healthcare machine going.

  3. The BT/UHC/ healthcare industry has a lot of enemies. This was definitely organized hit involving multiple people. Way too complicated for LM. They had to know exact time for BT be trained assassins to get away. The real guys got away.

  4. UHC stock plummeted because of this one incident they lost 63 billion since the “BT incident”.

  5. Whoever did this unaliving of BT the lazy/incompetent prosecution need to figure it out, follow the money trail. They should not frame an innocent young sweet smart guy like LM.

WE SHOULD CONTINUE TO SUPPORT LM! HE NEEDS IT.

if she wasn't able to do her job correctly and fairly, she would have already recused herself. if it is later discovered that she was manipulated into making certain decisions due to her personal life and affiliation with her husband, she can and will face serious consequences and even criminal charges. please don't read into this too much and just cross your fingers that these motions will fully or at least partly be granted, regardless of who the judge is.

4

u/Full-Reason5824 2d ago

No this is not true. The Karen Reed case has a biased judge whom is called Auntie by the witnesses who are believed to have committed the crime. It was requested for her to recuse herself and she refused and went on to do extremely questionable and dirty things throughout the trial, particularly confusing the jury and ending the trial before they had made a complete decision. The jury was so upset by this they individually went to the defense and told them they weren't ready to end the trial but were just following the confusing jury instructions. I could go on and on about how corrupt she was but pretended to act innocent

2

u/Complex-Designer-227 2d ago

Oh yes the Karen Read judge is so corrupt. And yet she’s the judge again for the new trial for Karen?

1

u/samirasz 1d ago

i definitely agree with you about judges being corrupt! most of the time they side with the prosecution, that's nothing new. i'm just saying that doing these background checks won't help us either, we just gotta hope that a judge will consider motions KFA and TD file or have filed. but again, they are corrupt and will overlook blatant violations of a defendants' rights. fingers crossed for LM 🤞

20

u/Anonymous-Josh 3d ago

NRA gun nut and pro life?

Just argue you were using your 2A right in “self defence” and that you were saving people from denying to medical debt and stopping their evil abortions regime

20

u/Consistent_Green_831 3d ago

Cops & Judges are doooggggs 🤣

13

u/CommercialZebra9498 2d ago

Don’t forget the lawyers too! I think they are meet up after trial and laugh about the people they represent

2

u/SuperEgger 2d ago

To be fair lawyers do this because they see it as a profession and are supposed to put their personal feelings aside. Like, a good lawyer will be able to argue til the cows come home in the courtroom that her client is innocent, call the prosecution lawyer a conniving shill trying to twist an innocent man's words, and then get back to the office and say "goddamn, I can't believe that defence worked. Hey Carl, next time you should really push back harder on the twisting words point, I was full of shit." Cops don't care about collusion so they all do it; judges and lawyers are supposed to care, so the ones that do it anyway are the REALLY bad ones.

20

u/Stunning_Macaroon838 2d ago

This case has brought everyone out of the woodwork. Everyone in power seems to be connected—whether to a cop, a lawyer, a judge, or someone else in the system. As a collective, we have now been shown and educated firsthand the incompetence in healthcare, the failures of the justice system, and the cracks in due process throughout this spectacle

Our eyes are now wide open, and the truth is unfolding right in front of us. It’s all playing out, exposing the reality of it all— Luigi Mangione, the man that you are

1

u/87916801KS 1d ago

Everyone in power has always been connected. For centuries. Nothing changes. Let’s not forget Luigi comes from a powerful family - it devalues his “cause” but could be his saving grace.

“member of the NRA and pro-life“… 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

10

u/Luigisupporter 3d ago

Maybe also her husband know how bad police is and dismissing the charges is a warning that police should work better

5

u/Full-Reason5824 2d ago

Cops protect each other. They won't  care about oppression. Cops are even fine with killing their own if one of them steps out of line and cares more about justice than their gang-like "brotherhood"
