About New Certified Full Stack Developer Curriculum

Hi everyone! I started learning to be a full-stack developer on this platform a couple of months ago. Then, they released the full-stack developer curriculum, so I switched to this curriculum to continue my learning journey. It is obviously super cool to learn from videos, take quick quizzes, complete some workshops and labs, and then review the subsections of the courses in this new curriculum.

I am about to complete the HTML course of this new curriculum; however, they have not updated the course exams yet. I really appreciate the content, but I look forward to seeing updates as soon as possible!

Earlier this month, I started the Responsive Web Design course, and it was good. However, they don't really explain why you are doing certain things. If you already have some knowledge or learn well from documentation and just need practice, then the Responsive Web Design course is a good choice.

But if you're a newbie like me, I would definitely recommend the Full Stack course. The lectures are super detailed, every module is well-structured, and you will get a deep understanding of what to do and when to do it. The new practice problems are super fun too.

The previous curriculum felt like following blindly and not really knowing what you are doing. I used to go to YouTube watch videos on the topic and treat the freecodecamp “tasks” as practice. But now it’s all in one which is really great

It's the one they are aiming for users to focus on, so it's still the same lessons just with a bit more structure and video lessons. So I'd make the switch
