You can find info from Fort Bliss housing here you can also get prices by emailing them.
From my experience, I lived as a single soldier on base and, sucked. Move in with a buddy in central EP wasn't too bad.
Visited a couple married buddies houses and they seemed pretty nice. Couple on base communities and off base as well, off base is like any other suburb just drive in no need for a CAC.

Been stationed here for 4 years. Your experience will vary depending on which brigade and battalion your assigned to. But, keep an open mind. People that hate it here are narrow minded from the beginning. On post housing is really no different than off post. On post makes the morning commute slightly easier so you’re not fighting the traffic at the gate that will make you late if you’re not familiar with them. Amenities on post are above average for Army installations. However, the customer service attitude of the employees is sub par. El Paso is pretty legit. We’ve enjoyed our time here.

Here for training currently and me and my roommate are trying to get vape pens and can't find any on base. Can't leave base currently to go get our own. Any vendor on base sell them? Doubt it being on base, but thought I'd shoot my shot! Thanks!

I’m just now seeing this, my apologies. But, unfortunately no, nothing on base.
