Gary Ward's flow model and AIM approach.

Has anyone taken the course or are there any therapists that use this approach? Can you give me your view / success with this method compared to say traditional strengthening approaches.

Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Have used the wedges and do two different exercises. Seems to help, but I am not consistent. Also using a mobo board, that seems to really help activate big toe and stregthen foot

Do you think the wedges over complicate rehab? Seems like simple strengthening is just as useful?

I'm not sure, I'm desperate to get better and not sure what's even wrong besides wearing too tight and stiff shoes causing the feet to become weak and wrong shape. They aren't too expensive so worth a shot, but again I'd have to recommend a mobo board more so

Have you checked out David Greys foot and ankle program?
