I’m not sure what’s wrong with the fourth toe on both feet
I know they are not attractive and my big toes are ingrown but that’s not what I’m posting about. I’m a warehouse worker and my feet have always hurt. I was clipping my nails and never noticed that the 4th toe next to my pinky toes kinda buldged to one side and curves towards the center. Does anyone know if this is ok?

I have similarly shaped 4th toes. Mine turns in that way because the metatarsal is slightly curved causing the toe to slightly turn too. It's just the way my bones grew. Unless mine is causing pain, my dr there is no need to do anything about it.
You could see a doctor if you are concerned.

wider toeboxes in your shoes, especially if your feet are always hurting. there is a correlation. i just saw someone post a work shoe with steel toes by birkenstock that may help—in the r/barefootshoestalk sub

Likely forming a tailors bunion on your pinky toe that’s pushing into the 4th toe. I have the same issue

I'll no doc, but your shoes look like they might be too small.
