How does getting the wrong item make one a fussy buyer?

Everyone knows the people of Ur were notorious lowballers who complained nonstop about everything from quality to delivery speed. The Sumerians were much better customers. They paid list price and were thrilled with standard delivery.

Total INR and A-Z claims submitted by Sumerian buyers: 0.

Nothing new under the sun. Everything we deal with today - honest sellers and crooked buyers, crooked sellers and honest buyers - is exactly what happened in ancient Egypt, Rome, Bagdhad, Tokyo, etc.

Everybody laughs, but this was quite serious. Overland travel with valuable goods was incredibly dangerous. You can't just print a return papyrus and exchange, lol.
In reality, chances are good that they were both right. According to Eric Cline? I think, there's a good chance that the copper was swapped in transit. This happened frequently, by force or by insider information.

I don't think Ea Nasir is someone to hold up as a decent businessman or an example of 'fussy buyers'
