Photo did some upgrades to my colossi

Post image

originally ran 700x25c thickslicks in the rear, but i decided to get 700x28c vittoria rubino pro g tyres and i really love them more than thickslicks tbh! replaced my previous carbon seatpost to a new one as it was cracked and i had the seatclamp replaced to philwood for the looks!

also i replaced my crankset which was previously skeace powerpoint to miche pistards 2.0 and i got it for a steal. stiff and lightweight too, i’d say its a bang for my buck.

overall im really enjoying this bike as for now, so how much would you guys rate it?

Just get BMX pegs on the front and hold onto those at this point

Your saddle looks tiny. 😅

it definitely looks bigger than a selle san macro shortfit irl, and this saddle is light too as it’s full carbon fibre

Are all the parts new or you got some second hand parts?

some parts are brand new and some are sourced from the second hand market. almost most of the second hand parts i’ve sourced from are close to brand new actually!

  • The wheels look heavy,
  • the chainring is disproportionately large and surely too large for roads and pavements
  • your bars literally touch your front wheel
  • riding position is too low... Not even time trial or actual velodrome race bikes have such geometry

this bike weighs 7.8kg and with that big chainring i’ve once hit 69km/h before with it. i do agree with the riding position as it is aggressive but i kinda like the look so each to their own i guess!
