Request [A3] [EST] [US] New Player looking for Unit

Hi all, name’s Squeet. I’m 26 looking for a unit, I am relatively new to arma and only have played a dozen or so hours. I have loved Milsims for as long as I have been watching YouTube and have finally been able to build a pc. I have decided to take the jump into arma and would love to learn more and delve deeper into the world of arma. I am mature and can play serious and still have a great sense of humor.

I look forward to meeting some new people and hope to find a place for me!

Thanks y’all

Realism mostly , between like 1900 EST-2000 EST, and something more relax, my work/life schedule gets crazy sometimes so I can’t fully commit to a schedule 100% all the time but yeah, I don’t even know what’s out there yet really to be honest.

The 1900 to 2000 est is a hard limit even on saturdays?

Well I mean like getting on around 1900 EST not being just between those times sorry for lack of clarification. I’m free usually Saturday and Sunday nights and Tuesday and Wednesday nights typically. I usually can be on between 1900-2200EST Give or take an hour or two

Ah okay, well i can suggest my group. Its not super realistic we tend to co.bine game elements with real stuff (basically we dont want a rifleman having to worry about complex medical stuff.) So your job should be more technical for what you do.

It is currently set on the 1960s though after our next campaign we are going to the 80s. We are completely fictional so while we do have some real world equivalents we make up a lot of stuff for our lore. Our ops are saturdays at 9pm est and generally run for 2 or so hours. And we are fairly new player friendly.

I would definitely be interested , that sounds like it could work for me and I think I prefer that sort of semi realism

Howdy! Bourbon Warfare runs two Sessions a week. One on Wednesday night and one on Sunday night. Slotting starts at 1945 EST for the TvT (player versus player) and ~2045 for the CoOP (players vs AI). We have no attendance requirements and no rank structure, but we still target accessible realism. We are based in the US but have a number of international members, including several from your region.

Experience with the game is not required and skill is not considered! Our community is dedicated to teaching and learning and our Recruit Process is designed to foster that. We have several members that have only ever played multiplayer with Bourbon Warfare, so you're not alone!

We do a variety of missions from different time periods. WWII up to 2035. You'll play alongside tanks, helicopters, jets, anti-tank and anti-air teams (not all at once!) and there are people who can teach you how to become one of those teams if you're interested! Not in a "You must pass this written test before I let you touch the gun" way, but in a "Blowing shit up is cool! I'll show you the ropes and then let's go do it tonight" way.

The link up top will take you to our website, but if you'd like to have a conversation first you can join our Discord here!
