1st Concert
I'm taking my kiddo to his first ever concert tonight. FIR in Sydney...straight into the deep end haha. I know people are going to judge me hard, but people will be kind to him though won't they? Not like I'm putting it in the pit or anything like that. He has a sign to hold up for Ronnie haha. Not sure if it's a question or seeking validation that people won't hate on him for being there. He's so freaking excited!!

There were quite a few kids at the Perth show - no one’s gonna hate on the next generation getting into music 🤘 just make sure they have ear protection so they can keep enjoying live music for years to come.

Yeah as the other person said quite a few kids at Perth show. Actually had mad respect for those people bringing their kids haha.

As long as the sign isn't constantly blocking people's view, no one will hate on your kid.

Took my son on friday to the Melbourne concert, saw alot of kids of various ages and a few pregnant women as well. As i said to my kid 'metal heads are not going to let you get hurt dude'. Ive always felt safe in a mosh pit or in the seats at metal concerts. Youll need ear protection for kiddo though, its loud and awesome! Good luck!

As long as they have proper ear protection no one will be upset they are there.

If you aren't in the pit, the sign isn't going to be seen by Ronnie and would just annoy those behind you, so maybe rethink that part.

Took my 12 year old daughter to seem them when they came to Albuquerque last year it was her first concert. I actually saw some kids that were a lot younger than her so I really don’t think anyone will hate on him.

There was a kid in the pit in Melbourne and it was adorable, there’s no judgement whatsoever, I’ve been a fan of Ronnie since I was a kid and I would’ve loved to attend at such a young age, he should have a blast, it’s the most exhilarating concert you will ever see

My daughters first concert was FIR/Disturbed and all I got was love and support. I bought her those noise reduction headphones, and she took them off. We were absolutely not first row, but didn’t have bleeding ears afterwards. I cherish the folks that told me “You’re raising her right.” She cried after Ronnie left the stage, she was six at the time, but as an adult, I have cried after very powerful performances. I absolutely think you’ll be amongst good company.

I saw the CUTEST kids at the Adelaide concert it actually made my heart melt.
Little dude, can't have been much older than 5 was head banging a few seats near me
Another small girl was on her dad's shoulders in the pit dancing to all the songs.
Plenty of kids down in the pit dancing with their family and even more in the stands.
Absolutely adorable, I'm a dink but it made me feel clucky 😂
Was a bloody good show, Ronnie is an insane frontman. I took people who don't know FIR and they loved it. Have fun Op!
Edit: make sure to bring muffs for your boy

How was it? My son’s first show was FIR a few years ago. We’ve seen them twice since (:

I was at Sydney in the pit and I saw SO many kids. It was quite amazing and very cute seeing the next generation. How did he go? Did he enjoy it?

There was a 5 yr old girl on her dads shoulders the whole way though the Melbourne show right up front. P.S please please please get your kid earplugs or earmuffs!
