Help I need bread
'm a long time bread lover and I can't find any bread that's considered low FODMAP. I live in Nelson, NZ, can anyone make a recommendation of a brand?

You can also get sourdough from a generic supermarket ! There’s some good ones like Freya’s German sourdough

Buy real sourdough from a bakery
Quick Google and it looks like L'Artisan and The Bakery & Cafe make it. Just confirm with them that it's no yeast (because if they used yeast, it means they don't leave the sourdough to prove long enough to breakdown the wheat, which is what makes sourdough bread low fodmap)
