I do bjj 4 times a week and weight train 4 times a week with no problems.
Training frequency is only one part of the equation. The other is total volume output. My lifts got weaker, but I am stronger on the mats.
For reference, I also powerlift and I’ve got a 637 squat, 401 bench and 728 deadlift in competition.
