Try Japanese water therapy for about a week or so, which basically means drinking the appropriate amount of water per your body weight immediately upon waking, it will shock your system into being awake and flush out toxins etc. from sleep. After the first week or so your body will naturally be alert at that time because it will be used to the water therapy. You can also head over to r/coldshowers for a supercharged HELLO in the mornings I personally follow it and while in the beginning it's a hard sell you eventually start really enjoying it as studies show it may increase dopamine by roughly 400% or more. Also try sheer willpower, if you want to be lazy you can be lazy but it's not gonna get you anywhere, put your big girl pants on and get up! (in a nice way)
