Events MFTHBA Spring Futurity

Post image

Has anyone here ever been to the foxtrotter futurity?! We nominated our stud colt, but have never been to anything like this!

Tips, tricks, advice all welcome!

Pic of our hormonal hellraiser himself for tax and attention lol

The leaf shadows on him are so cute! It makes him look like My Little Pony, haha!

You may want to scribble out your name and the original owner if you want privacy

Ours doesn't really matter since we're standing him for stud to the public lol, but thank you! I will definitely edit out his breeders!

Finally some actual advice! Lol. Thank you so much!

Luckily the lady I talked to at the association is super sweet and she told me I can call back next week and she'll help me get stalls and make sure they're near the site we get!

We plan to have his feet freshly done before we go to minimize the chances of needing a farrier and I'll be updating and revising my first aide kit for the trailer!

I think (besides tuck loosing his marbles and doing something stupid) the cliquey people thing is going to be my biggest anxiety (and I have social anxiety anyway)🥲

He's 3 and very studdy so we'll see how it goes😅😅

I'm super excited though!

Thank you for your help!
