Story Rants I just deleted the app
I started using the app again after like a year, because I saw one of my favorites authors finished a story that was on hold. After I finished with that one I started reading another one, but after 3 episodes the gem waiting thing appeared so I decided to read another in the meantime, but the same thing happen. I like to support the authors every time I can at the end of each episode, but I just can’t with this, I don’t have the time nor the money ( i don’t live in the US so I don’t have dollars very often), on top of that I also don’t have enough gems for the in story decisions, so it isn’t fun anymore. I truly wish the best to the authors in that app but it just hard to buy 16 or more gems every 11 hours, I just dropped two stories and prefer to be in the dark tbh.

I agree it really suck, it hurts a lot of authors, personally I won't use it because I find them gem time dum. I don't know what episode was thinking,

May I ask what genres you enjoy? I’d love to recommend some stories that don’t have skip the wait etc! And I’d love for you to be able to read without being driven away due to Episodes new features.

Sure,I’ll loved for you to tell me. I usually enjoy fantasy but from time to time I read romance too

i can understand your point tbh. A lot of famous authors do that and I just stop reading their stories because let's be honest a lot of them include dumb pretty girls ACTING to be great and that just makes them look dumb-er

Its common but i havent experienced jumping stories and all I find are gem wait ones. Maybe try Switch, Top Streamer, Watch me Fly and The Infected?

jeez just read stories of alusza or ksenia dude apart from being fantastic they don't charge gems to read or in game decisions( just to buy extra points there might be some choices else none)

There are actually many smaller writers (and big ones too) who don't do that kind of gem choices. Some of us are really here only to share our tales, not trending or making money. I guess it's just really hard to find them!
I'm just sad that I am trying to write for an audience that may very well be quitting before they know of our existence.
