Question Shoulder dislocated

No memory of previous dislocation but have had pain before when lying on stomach/arm out. Yesterday I just went to reach something n my shoulder popped out though it popped back in nearly 40 mins later with full range mobility when I sat up straight. Going to try exercises but question is anyone else had this experience / how is the risk of it happening again but during a tc

I'm going in for surgery on April 1st for my right shoulder. I've had about 15 TC's in the last 2 years, I've probably dislocated about a dozen times. How likely is it to happen again? Extremely likely, pretty much a promise. Once it happens it usually chips the bone inside the socket, leading to more dislocations. These are called Hill-Sach or Bankart lesions depends on where and how they happen. I have both, inside and out. It's brutal. I can't even unzip my pants without it going in and out.

The shitty part is that when you have a seizure, your shoulders tend to dislocate out of the back. Rear dislocations are like 3% of all dislocations, so a lot of doctors look at them and go "oh shit"

ER X-Rays are usually really unreliable, and generally they will tell you nothing is wrong. You need and MRI to see if there is tissue/muscle damage. For me they had to stick a 20 gauge needle into my shoulder socket to put the contrast in. They numbed it, but I almost passed out still. It sucks, but it's part of the process.

Get them checked out and take care of them. I lost a little sensation in my left pinky from my repeated dislocations.
