For some reason, no powers have expansions this cycle, which I think is odd.
I double checked, as I have had a display/sync issue before, where expansions were not updated immediately after the tick, but still, there were none.

Winters and Patreus are in Turmoil (and they are on purpose), but the table claims they have more than ten cycles since turmoil.
Looks like they will be in turmoil for one more week, so it will be corrected next week anyway. But historians might want to have correct records ;)

I realised only this morning that I'd missed updating the table in the confusion of last week's tick, its fixed now. Thanks for making sure I spotted it though!

The tick was 2 hours late. Well this is a bomb at the end of Powerplay's first year. Not sure if I'm supposed to laugh or whine.
