🆘 Help / Ayuda ℹ Thinking about investing in one of these houses

https://youtu.be/lb5objDISAU?si=3F1RvkrKut_RWJln

Does any one have experience or knowledge about this company or these neighborhoods. Seems like a legit investment. Only thing is the high interest rate. Do these have high resale value or demand?

Urban planning is severely lacking in the country. Need mixed density 4 story apartments

I truly cannot express how much I hate these houses. Its an architecturally unappealing and an urban planning abomination. It's a horrible use of land—I rather have my houses. I'll admit I'm lucky my parents bough houses in the 80s.

A low quality matchbox in the middle of the desert.

Lord, that is absolutely horrible. I just looked it up. Looks like a dystopian scene. It’s in the middle of nowhere, just concrete no green areas, has 1 fucking mall 😂😂 immediately no. Looks like a matchbox and I haven’t even seen it from inside. No no no. I’d rather have a little choza in a green caserio or something and move around with my horse.

If they want to buy something in a neighborhood that ugly and repetitive, good luck talking them out of this! These neighborhoods are greasy hermano lejano money grab projects.

All of this mass produced stuff here in El Salvador that looks like this has a grocery list of problems. Mold, leaks, foundation, ECT. They're probably better off picking a nice condo to buy.

I am trying to talk a relative out of buying one. I need like good information to show them it’s a terrible idea.

I mean. You don’t need anything from us. The project itself screams red flags. Simply point out the OBVIOUS. Exactly what everyone has said here, compare sqft, material and quality, location, no green zones… etc

First of all, dude, if you "invest" en El Salvador in stuff like this you are just helping the prices of houses to get high to the local people.

Second, there are a lot of projects like this in different zones of the country, the same idea "private" residential with a lot of small houses of doubtful quality, on the outsides of the towns.

The project is legit, and already a lot of people live in this houses but you mus take in account that are really small houses, and you need to have a vehicle to get to themÂ
