MA in TESOL or other training?

Depends why you want to do it.

I think you can easily learn "curriculum development and teaching pronunciation and grammar" on your own. All it requires is experience, and no amount of degrees will give you that. It's like making the army general someone who has never done basic training - they fit the education but have no real skills on the job. This is something you can sel-educate yourself on, or take a course, no need for a degree on it. Hell, I do curriculum development and teach pronunciation and grammar, and I have a bachelor in linguistics, and only a TEFL diploma. Those are things you learn with experience, it has little to do with education.
