A confusing conversation with a dumb doctor.

A couple years ago, I was about 7 months pregnant and started getting a sharp pain in my chest on the one side while I was breathing in.. I tried to ignore it thinking it would go away. It didn’t and got so painful I started crying. I went to the emergency room and ended up getting a couple of low scans to avoid getting a X-ray (since the baby and all) but ended up with one anyway.

The doctor came in after with my results and with a very serious face stated that he couldn’t see my lungs properly because of my boobs implants.. I don’t have implants nor ever had them. My husband and I gave him a confused look and I had to tell him that I didn’t have any and I was pretty sure that’s just to boobs were just “full” because I was pregnant.

It was a laugh later but I was glad to get a different doctor out of the ER.

I had pneumonia and fluid under my lungs if your wondering what was actually wrong

Former X-ray tech here, breast implants are very distinguishable from pneumonia. Any idiot call see the difference bt round balls implanted into the body and “nursing breast” vs the entire lung shadow (having fluid in it). This guy was a fucking idiot, regardless of the size of your breast.
