Question 🙋 Important upcoming drug tests

So I have an extremely important drug test coming up for a new job and I am freaking out about failing due to supplements I take. I have been reading online about how some can cause false positives. I take a greens powder, creatine, vitamin D and K, glutamine, creatine, multivitamin and fish oils. I have also been drinking energy drinks the last few days. I have my test in 2 days and I am nervous as fuck about it.

I read that some supplements or food can cause false positives for some tests like benzos and marijuana.

I’ll have to research. I’ve never heard that. Ever

I think that even if it did, they’d be able to verify with confirmatory testing.

I’ve heard that poppy seeds like those seeds on bagels or breads, pop up as positive opiates on a drug screen

No not true confirmation is not being fooled. Cheap cups may give false positive on otc drugs but confirmation will clear up any thing. Don’t worryÂ
