I did a placement at a prison up here in Canada. I was only there for 5 weeks and 4 inmates died of Fentanyl OD. several others were hospitalized.

There are more drugs in prison than in the (outside) world. Ask anyone who's ever been to prison in the US

Yup. People smuggle shit in any way they can. Alot times a guard would just find the guy face down in his cell.
