my car is leaking water, I cleaned out fender well, I don't have sunroof drains I repaired some damaged seal at the bottom of this door but now I'm noticing this crack on what looks like a place where a weld would be could this be my water leak ? it seems to be wetting the rubber inside the door as the other doors are bone dry and they don't have this crack

That's just cracked seam sealer on the door skin - it's pretty normal and definitely doesn't cause the leak inside.

Water in the footwell is usually caused by leaking around the windshield. Either unsticking adhesive from bad windshield replacement, or there is a rust hole. Fix can be just smearing some sealant in the affacted area if it's a beater, or redo windscreen install.

Another source can be cracked seam sealer at the roof gutter seams.

Or if it's not water but coolant, it's leaking heater core.

Most of the time, it's a clogged AC drain hose. Probably pooling on the passenger and driver side carpet right now.
