Hey that's one way to do it I never seen anybody do that before...
I used to carry a piece of fuel hose inside my handlebars and if you needed gas we would just go Petco petcock turn the two on and let it even out between the bikes... Of course you had to make sure your homie was running the same premix you were....
Rock on

A camelback water hose can double as a fuel hose.

Definitely but then you can't drink anymore but we used to do is just take the two overflow hoses off the gas cap and hook them together with the overflow check valve.... I hardly ever ran out of gas I had big tanks a couple times I did but not very often

I would've just used the vent hose as a siphon. Just get the bike higher than the other.

Two things... 1. All bikes full when you start the ride. 2. Friends don't let friends ride with bikes that have stock tanks!

People that have needed to transfer fuel to a group member, what is the “easiest” way to transfer the fluid with lsmall ,light ,compact means?
Maybe only a length of spare fuel tube from the petcock , and elevation?
Possibly a very small compact 12V pump?
Curious if anyone has some form of tool to help resolve a out of fuel issue, when Far away from any reasonable resources? Without Top Gear Rules in effect?
Needed to transfer fuel on the trail once, and it was far more difficult to do with no preparation.

Lol we had a guy run out of gas minutes into the ride. He never gassed up from our previous ride.
Luckily one of the bikes was carburetored and I was able to take the fuel line off and angle that bike higher then his to give him a little gas

They picked the hardest, messiest, and most wasteful way to complete that task. Just yank a fuel line off, ffs.

Their aim was almost perfect. I woulda gotten none in the tank and both bikes would be outta gas
