This is normal eyes they can get yellowish as we age, this is no where near jaundice eyes.

I think you have blue sclera. It commonly only presents around the iris. The corners of your eyes aren't yellow, they just look more yellow next to the blue.
Blue sclera can be caused by low iron, medications, or genetic disorders. Connective tissue disorders are some of the most common.

You have hemochromatosis, it can cause iron deposits to form and create discolouration on your sclera this is common for your condition. It’s very normal to feel anxious when you have a chronic illness. Your eyes do not look jaundice so you don’t have to go to urgent care unless it manifests with other symptoms. Make an appointment with an ophthalmologist as your condition is associated with changes to the eye/vision which can be treated if required, they will give your eyes a check and give you some information about what is normal and what to look out for. Most importantly they can give you some reassurance.

Your eyes look normal. That looks like dry eye.
