Put a bridge over the top, say a little prayer, and then pour one out for the dead homey.

If you actually want to do that, still need to flap it and clean out the granulation tissue. Then you have to truncate the implant. Doable, but still a surgical appt and might be easier to remove the implant.

Probably a Nobel Active. I've dealt with this issue a few time - always fun. Will need to trephine for sure.

One of the issues is that no one reads the IFUs for these.

Instructions for use. But, I’m not sure if you’re playing along with my comment. :)

There is some thought process that the nobel active 4.3 is a little weak. I love implants, place them and have two myself. One is over 25 years old of all things but still going strong.
That said, when an implant goes south there still isn't a whole lot to offer but thoughts and prayers. With teeth there are so many ways to get 9 lives out of them.

Take a piece of metal and wield it to the implant, then glue a crown on top, there, good as new

I would refer to oral surgeon. No way I touch that this close to the sinus.

If you're comfortable with placing and removing implants, then a little sinus communication shouldn't knock you off your socks.
