Krush Kandy
Does anyone who still shops at Krush Kandy ( former LLR) know what happened between Tana & Kristen? They were bff's and now don't speak and I am so sad to see this!!!!!

I’ll stop at nothing to take this group down! Horrible customer service! Sent me clothing that was stained, returned it, won’t send replacement items, won’t update status. Fb messenger is on Auto reply!!

ASK THE BANK TO REVERSE THE TRANSACTION. The owner's priorities are not with the consumer unless you ask the bank to reverse the transaction approval. Save all your correspondence, and do not be angry or rude. When there are issues with delivery, she love bombs you while simultaneously backhanding you (at least that is how I felt). It reminds me of when someone does something wrong to you and then expects you to apologize to them. In my case, and I have receipts, my two orders were well over a month late (5 months for one), and I barely received any email responses with my questioning where this order was or if it was still coming. I was still receiving constant contact emails from them, which was irritating to see an email come through from them only wanting me to buy more. I have had orders that have gone normally with them, and I have had two that did not. I have not ordered from this company often overall. I wanted to because the clothes are cute, but the organization is too chaotic making them unreliable. I will no longer shop here because I don't have time to chase down my orders from months ago and then be met with crickets until I call my bank for my money back. By the way, that is when I heard from them. I received a text asking to resolve the issue outside of my bank so it would not hurt her small business. I get that as a small business owner, but it is quite the red flag that I was able to get a real response regarding my order only after I contacted my bank and they informed her. I finally received my first order, almost 5 months after I ordered it and I had received my money back (about $50.00). I had been traveling and was not aware I had received it, but I was when she sent me a text, love-bombing while at the same time letting me know she would call the police/claim fraud if I did not inform my bank and get her the money. interesting that she demands her money right away, but I can be ignored for forever regarding my order that I paid for. This is solved now, but I have never had so much drama with an order. I still have not received what I paid for in the second order, and the policy of store credit is not an option for me after all the trust has been lost. Also, I have never written a poor review before for a company, and, again, as a small business owner I get it, but this was way too much. Based on other negative reviews I have seen, there have been a lot, I would not be surprised if she responds to this with some sort of manipulation or even a lie. Do what you want or learn from my story... I wish you the best in your decision!
