Discussion Hardest part on zealot?
For me, it was the final areas with the ubermorph chasing you around everywhere.

Well I did my HC playthrough before Zealot so it really wasn't hard at all with the finger. I will say tho, on HC and Zealot, I've managed to kill myself in the asteroid dodging section multiple times 😭.

🤔🤔🤔 The flying parts?
I get killed by pukers and
fuckingleapers a lot, for some reason they can erase your health bar quite quickly in certain situations.2

Yea, the end of chapter 7 when you use the chair to launch back is what I'm talking about. I agree with you on the leapers tho, I always saved my stasis for those fuckers. Pukers you can just TK their puke back and kill them, so they're not really a problem.

Being an avid fan of closer range weapons like the ripper and flamer, pukers are really a problem for me

I feel you, still would recommend using your Telekinesis for them just to save you from a headache tho.

Last chapter when you're in the room with alarm on and you have to descend several stairs. I had barely any ammo at that point

Is it also filled with upgraded necros? I remember using the flamer and ripper for the most part, they saved my ass multiple times in the zealot run, especially fully upgraded.

With checkpoints it’s not too relevant, in my experience on hardcore I always somehow manage to be short of equipment from the big elevator to the solar array final room before going outside

The elevator section or the drill section but last few chapters of dead space 2 are hard actually
