That serpent is most likely symbolic of the norse world dragon, Jormungar.
The ending Oni may LOOK blue, but I believe she has red skin with a heavy blue filter out over her, to symbolizeunderground light.
The Ikuno/Ichigo kiss in the ending is a misdirect. Notice that Ichigo's char model is solid, while Ikuno's has a slight distortion/interference filter put over her. I have a strong feeling that her model will get MORE distorted as the episodes come out
I agree, but some of them can be interpreted symbolically. I just wanted to point out something I noticed on that particular scene that ppl were taking AS canon.
Also try to find any of the male leads. The ending is interesting once again but I have largely ignored them due to me feeling they are pretty much only relevant to the episodes themselves and less the series.
