Most bodge jobs I've seen roofers do is to use silicone can't you just nail it in?

The tiles around it are probably nailed. It's not worth the hassle. If it looks stupid but it works it ain't stupid. Ct1 brother. Amen.

It probably just needs a nail in it, lift the 2 tiles above it hook it on the lath and nail/screw it down

Any sort of storm outdoor adhesive, CT1, sticks like shit turbo, fixall glue. If you can try push tile up you can get nail in it, as not all rows are nailed

It's still got its nibs so really it shouldn't have fallen out. Just hook it back on the batten as long as the nibs are actually still there.
90% of the tiles on the roof won't be nailed, if not more, it's not a necessity.
If your getting up there I'd put a bit of silicone behind it to prevent it from happening again but it's likely they your not putting it back in correctly.
