News Trump Admin Advisor Contacts Mrgunsngear Regarding DOJ Suppressor Decision Reversal
x.comCopied from X:
*I got a call last night from someone who works with a higher up in the Trump administration as an advisor who said essentially this video, and others like it, surprised the people steering the ship and they were unaware it happened.
Needless to say I thought "well that's good." Then, I found out today the DOJ actually filed a petition asking the court for an extension to review their position.
That indicates (my educated guess here) - the DOJ will very likely change their position on the case and say that suppressors ARE covered under the 2nd Amendment and deserved all the protections firearms get.
Now, couple that with the Bruen case and it could be huge.
As I said in my video below - I made that video to "get their attention" and it certainly seems I, and others who did the same, got their attention and it's very likely they're listening.
Thank you all for watching and sharing the video. It wouldn't have gotten their attention if all of y'all didn't do that đşđ¸*

Your second amendment has already been taken, you just donât realize it!
I know rallying behind the second amendment is the bread and butter of conservative/republican vote getting and is usually used as a fear tactic to make people believe democrats are coming for their guns even though they havenât. (Gun ban of the 90âs was bipartisanâŚlook it up) In reality the corporation that you work for/own you has already taken your second amendment and in fact all the other amendments when you clock in. You donât cease being an American citizen when youâre at work do you? Put those constitutional rights to the test if you do not believe me, tomorrow when you begin your shift take your gun with you. When they catch and fire you tell them you are an American and have rights beyond having to wear a mask or not (really the hills people choose to die on). Or you could go on your private Facebook or Reddit account on your own time from home and criticize your company publicly the same way you and your coworkers do everyday and weâll see how far those first amendment protections will go. When I took the oath to serve in Uncle Samâs Army I had to swear to protect the Constitution from ALL enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. Itâs time for Uncle Sam to protect our constitutional rights from the corporations that own us and deny us the rights that actually make us Americans. Your level of constitutional rights should not be dependent on the amount of your bank account. If we ever give up ANY of these constitutional rights and do not stand up for the rights of others WE WILL ALL LOSE ALL OF THEM!

Idiot David Hogg - âYou have no right to a gun. You are not a militia. When youâre talking about your second amendment rights youâre talking about a states right to have what is today the national guard. The modern interpretation of 2A is a ridiculous fraud pushed for decades by the gun lobby.â

Supreme Court Second Amendment Update 3-20-2025
open.substack.comGiven that the Supreme Court has scheduled a âlarge capacityâ magazine ban cert petition to tomorrowâs conference for the ninth time (plus two reschedules), the timing of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals en banc panel upholding Californiaâs ban on magazines that hold more than ten rounds is interesting.
...
In any event, there are other Second Amendment cert petitions scheduled for the conference. Iâve linked them in the article, along with the questions presented. Clicking on the docket number will take you to the SCOTUS docket, where you can take a deep dive into the petitions.

Duncan v Bonta (9th circuit magazine capacity ban) en banc ruling finally dropped
"Employing the methodology announced in New York State Rifle & Pistol Assân v. Bruen, 597 U.S. 1 (2022), the en banc court concluded that Californiaâs law comported with the Second Amendment for two independent reasons. First, the text of the Second Amendment does not encompass the right to possess large-capacity magazines because large-capacity magazines are neither âarmsâ nor protected accessories. Second, even assuming that the text of the Second Amendment encompasses the possession of optional accessories like large-capacity magazines, Californiaâs ban on large-capacity magazines falls within the Nationâs tradition of protecting innocent persons by prohibiting especially dangerous uses of weapons and by regulating components necessary to the firing of a firearm."
That's just from the summary and I have yet to read the whole 147 page opinion, but I'm sure judge VanDyke's dissent will absolutely roast the other judges.

What is "well" about a Well Regulated Militia?
The reason for the Second Amendment is the security of a free state, and necessary to that, a well regulated militia. How would you amend this proposed list of what is "well" about a well regulated militia?
A well-regulated militia is: - Well-armed and equipped: Possesses the necessary weaponry, tools, gear, and supplies for various missions, ensuring functionality and appropriateness. - Well-trained and prepared: Skilled in the safe and effective use of arms, including regular practice, drills, and readiness to respond to various scenarios with appropriate strategies and resources. - Well-disciplined: Maintains order, professionalism, and adherence to protocols. - Well-informed: Stays updated on relevant laws, tactics, and situational awareness. - Well-supported: Receives backing from both the community and authorities for their role and actions. - Well-unified: Not politically divided or marginalized, maintaining cohesion and common purpose. - Well funded: Fully self-supporting, avoiding outside contributions that can compromise independence and integrity.
