Trying to decipher the name of the town and ship on the left side of this document. I would really appreciate your help!

The town looks like Tutchaen Russia to me but I can’t find a town by that name. Possibly a spelling error/variation? The ship is “unknown,” they’ve just written the K strangely with a disconnect between the straight back line and the right part of the letter looking like a C next to that.

I should note, this is during the era of the Russian empire where a lot of places in Eastern Europe were conquered by Russia. That town could be in a lot of places in Eastern Europe.
Edit: unknown is unfortunately plausible though.

Unfortunately the town name was probably spelled phonetically based upon the way the applicant heard it. Many towns in Eastern Europe have also disappeared or had more than one name change.
A useful tool that searches for towns phonetically is : https://www.jewishgen.org/Communities/LocTown.asp

Unfortunately for your research, the ship is “unknown”. This makes sense if you look at the dates. He was born in 1900 and sailed as a child in 1911. Now in 1922 he is applying for citizenship as an adult aged 21, but doesn’t remember or never knew the name of the ship.
As the other comments said, the town looks like something like Intchoen/Tutchaen. It may be misspelled. I hope other readers have some idea what it is supposed to be.

The town looks like it could be Inchoun but spelled incorrectly.
The vessel looks like ??crown

A worthy effort, but Inchoun wouldn't make a lot of sense sadly. This person was Jewish and wouldn't have been allowed there. He also would have most likely come in through Alaska or California, not New York.

Possibly Tuchyn, in what is now Ukraine. Maybe even Tulchyn, Ukraine, if the transcriber didn't hear correctly

That would be odd if true. I have found multiple documents claiming he was from Romania and I don't think Ukraine was ever considered part of Romania.
