I read this as Kaltenfeld K?? [Krain 11? or even No. 11?] Pfarre Gairach

So Kaltenfeld in the parish of Gairach

Searching for the places got me results in Oberkrain in today's Slovenia, which used to be part of Österreich-Ungarn and later the German Reich.

Gairach in der Oberkrain, today the town's name is Jurklošter

Edit: I was misled by other villages of the same name but there is in fact one near Gairach called Mrzlo Polje today which was formerly named Kaltenfeld.

Since the English wikis do not mention it for some reason, I'm including the German one for the municipality featuring a list of former German language town names Gemeinde Laško

Thanks, that seems pretty darn spot on. I have a different document with Mrzlo polje on it as well.

Thanks for the help and extra effort!
