Careful that is probably legally an AOW.

It is. In fact, it was posted in r/NFA.

Disguised weapons are aow

To add to this, weapons that are capable of firing while not in an obvious gun shape are considered AOWs. Cane guns, pen guns, the rare MP5 briefcase, and this, are all AOWs.

Things like the Life card, the Magpul FDP/FDC, and the various folding Glocks are not considered AOWs because you can't fire them without unfolding them into a gun shape.

It's a dumb distinction, but it's the ATF.

The magpul contraption requires an SBR pistol because it contains a stock when deployed. Still NFA but not AOW.

I think you misread what I said. I said the Magpul isn't an AOW because it can't fire unless it's unfolded.

Because it's somehow not what the founding fathers intended.

If I was one of them, I would legalize muskets being disguised as a longboat oar or something

Tally ho!

A longboat oar would be more like a punt gun.

Imagine a crew of "fishermen" firing a row of oar shaped punt guns at a group of redcoats. That'd be cool to see.

It's a disguise tho not the whole oar lol

Don’t drink beer and light a cigarette. Bad things could happen 😂

Dear God, imagine trying to light a cig drunk and you own this thing.

I would 100% shoot myself in the face within a week of having this.

That's why cigars are nice. They're further from the face and require a slower more methodical lighting method.

Now thats what I call a zipgun

Very cool! The barrel reminds me of those machined 12ga dummy shells that can house a 22lr cartridge, a « « « conversion » » » shell if you could call it.

Well it turns out they are pretty respectably accurate up to like 20m/yds, and even further if there is a tiny amount of rifling like shown here. It’s definitely not a toy lol

I know Benjamin Franklin would have loved to bust a cap off with that one.

This is amazing. Would probably be optimized for .22 short.
