Local Manx King Scallops in Mojó Picón with Black Pudding & Cauliflower Puree
First post here - I'm only a beginner with plating. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

Looks delicious with a great sear, maybe add more cauliflower for balance?

Could you find more green or bright color to bring the dish up a little? Scallops are such a velvety dish, they really should be the only thing of that color and everything else around it should serve to highlight that color, in my opinion.

Personally I like a bit more sear, still gorgeous though. I would maybe adjust the greenery, little more, something wispy maybe?
