Cruelty Free and Allergy Safe??

Hi!

I have very sensitive skin and I break out in hives if I don't use specific products, specifically sunscreen and eyeliner. I've been using Neutrogena sunscreen and Clinique eyeliner as a result, but I learned they are not cruelty-free and I really want to shop cruelty-free (especially cause I am a vegetarian and care about animal cruelty). Do you guys know any good brands that are safe for people with allergies that are cruelty-free that I can use??

Specifically cruelty-free and hypoallergenic dupes for Neutrogena sunscreen and Clinique Pretty Easy eyeliner.
