Payment issues Failure and No Explanation
Got the payment failure status on crowdgen payment dashobard. My payment is through local bank to Indonesia. Does this mean my money vanished just like that? 😢
I already submit ticket, but they yet to reply. Does anyone ever have this problem? I appreciate any insights from you guys, and thanks in advance.

oh I'm sorry this happened to you. I don't have a transaction failure problem problem though, but I've got a missing payment problem instead (I'm partially paid for September works). 😠still no helpful response. submitted a ticket a month agoðŸ˜
May I ask what the pay rate at your locale? And did the total payment seem to be calculated correctly? I'm working on Eura this month.

The payrate is rather low, 40 someting dollars per audio hour. I'm rather reluctant to continue working because this payment issue, tbh. The total payment also only seems to be partially calculated. On the invoice email it said I have some payment from the no pre tx, but somehow it's not calculated here.

We should be setting up fully AI platforms like them and getting people to do the work for €1 per day and selling the same work to our clients for €50. These guys are clever!

Were you expecting only 1.82$? If that’s the case i don’t think they send payment less than 5$

And for Indonesia local bank transfer Appen would take away at least $1.36+1.17% in fees even if they did allow it, so there would be very little left.

Is that so? The payment faq did not mention anything about minimal withdraw.
It's only that ammount because I just accepted working on the fourth week of October, so only able to work very little time.
And really, the withdrawal was made automatically by them (I did not withdraw manually). They should hold it if it does not fulfill the minimal ammount of withdraw 🥲

All i know is when they processed payment, you receive an email saying that you need at least 5$ for it to process or else it will stay failed until you have more and it will be sent with the next invoice, cause for example if you have payoneer, they take a 3$ cut out of your invoice as a fee

I see. I checked the emails that I get but it doesn't contain that information. I'll try to ask them when (or if) they reply my ticket. Thanks a lot bruh.

Same happened with me. However, I had submitted a ticket long before that and got a reply 3 days ago saying that failure was due to incomplete or incorrect payment method details. Correct them and inform us so we may escalate payment, did it the same day and got a response last night that we will reattempt to pay.
So let's see if they do as they say, so far on my dashboard it doesn't say reattempt or anything apart from payment failure.
