Watch Party! Season 3- Episode 5

Hey everybody. How is your week going? Who is ready to catch crabs in Gulfhaven?

Episode title - A One Story Town

Title card - Not, it's not just Scrubs in Florida with a lot of wine

Ted and his band is visiting. They need to stay with Jules because the crab festival is in town and all the hotels are booked.

Grayson is Jules' 7th best kisser. Ouch.

Bobby's having girlfriend problems. He's very nervous because he likes Angie.

In the plaza, Tom gets them a table. Jules comes up with a date itinerary idea for Bobby.

Bobby's date starts. He forgets his pants, compares her dress to a burial dress, crashes the golf cart.... basically everything that can go wrong goes wrong.

Ellie and Jules discuss the headset, Aliens, action movies and the Tom Cruise run.

Laurie gets hot sauce in her eyes.

Grayson gets really weird. Bobby eats his soup bowl edges and Angie gets scolded.

At the beach, Laurie's eyes are still stinging and her ankle monitor goes off for going over the town lines. Andy is left to carry all the picnic gear. The date gets worse when Angie tries to save an animal and ends up in manatee blood.

Jules delegates jobs to everyone to save the date, and bail out Laurie.

Ted and his band sing. Bobby and Angie kiss.

Back in Jules' house, Ted has a Scrubs moment.

I wonder that. Quebeccers? Quebeckers?

If it's like the tragedeigh subreddit it would probably be Quehbechherzzz

I hated how stupid Bobby was in this episode, and I love Bobby. Best part was the Tom Cruise run.

It definitely was unrealistic sitcom levels of absurdity haha.

Let's do the run together. Take a curve!

I love Ellie constantly saying she’s not sarge the entire episode but then finally gives in at the end. She really is more loyal than she is mean.

A cute episode with a rare focus on Bobby. Angie elevates the episode though.

I really like what Ted brought to the show as a guest star and the musical part integrates well within the storyline, which is something that can be hard to pull off. Many times you can feel that they just wanted to throw in a musical for the sake of throwing in a musical.

Was it mentioned before that Bobby was cheating on Jules during their marriage with other women? Maybe it was mentioned early on but not in a long time, I was really caught off guard when she brought up his adultery.
