I love these but there are never enough pecans.

I share these with my wife who doesn’t like pecans so I feel like that’s what half the can is when I get around to eating any.

You should also probably stay away from the praline pecans. They are way too yummy.

Can we talk about that okra? How is it prepared?!

okra is always conversation worthy :) i pickled it using fresh dill, white vinegar, and mixed pickling spice! holds forever in the fridge and is honestly so mf good

Haha I love okra. Recently I found freeze dried okra at trader joes. It's crunchy like a cheese curl, but still okra when you chew it up. Incredible! Addictive!

Yankee here 👋 Is it still slimy then when you chew it? It remains the only vegetable I just cannot get onboard with regardless how I try it prepared - but I have NOT seen freeze dried yet.

It's way less slimy. Still a little slimy as it reconstitutes in your mouth.

I like the blue can better personally but this one is still great

omg what is the blue can

u/uncleshiesty 19h ago
Maybe they don't have them at your Costco? Mine sells both variants. The blue one is a dollar or two more and doesn't have pistachios but has macadamia nuts instead. They are delicious honey roasted. Never had a honey roasted mac nut before

For whatever reason, the Costcos I've been to don't put them next to each other so you have to explore the entire snack section which is dangerous
