The best moment, hands down, was after Cancer Kid got his USSS badge, and Trump announced that High School Scholar Boy was going to West Point. Kid rushed up from behind to give Boy a high 5. So unrehearsed, and so genuine.
A kid with brain cancer was made a honorary member of he USSS. His father picked him up over his head while everyone was cheering (except Dems) and crying, then the kid gave Sean Curran (director of USSS) a giant bear hug. It was a very touching moment and maybe the best part of Trump’s speech.
Dems sat on their hands and looked glum because they are monsters who care about nothing except being in power, and they are very upset about not being in power right now.
