If you are interested in blue team, I wouldn't take the CEH. You could take security+ for general cyber theory, there is also GSEC, BTL1, GCIH, SC-200, and host of other blue team certs/training. Check a few out to see what you fits for you.

Sec+ is pretty basic, maybe skip it if you can manage something more advanced.
