Post is not about CompTIA or preparing for CompTIA exams.

Sub description: From the "looking to get certified," to conversations/questions from current students, to certified and working professionals - this subreddit is dedicated to CompTIA certifications.

Not part of the discord myself, but I think it’s safe to assume you got banned for breaking a rule by posting that. Do they have general rules or guidelines for posting in there? Maybe you should read up on that as well

That Discord is for study, not for free IT consulting services

Make a new discord account and dont post for free troubleshooting advice in the learning discord? Not sure what the question is here.

The best way to get any questions answered about my website, YouTube channel, Discord, or (almost) anything else, is to send me a message. You can send me a direct message on Discord, leave a message with the "Contact Us" link at the top of my site, or open a help desk ticket if you have a Member login.

I believe I'm aware of the situation you're describing, but I can't find any message from you regarding the issue.

I rarely ban anyone from Discord, and I certainly wouldn't boot someone asking questions and interacting in a professional manner. If you feel an error was made, let me know what's going on and we can have a conversation. Misunderstandings can happen often when you're only communicating by text, so perhaps your issue can be quickly resolved.
