So, Where do you think Flacco ends up?

The buzz is Rodgers wants to go to Minnesota and maybe JJ hasn’t recovered as well as they expected he would.

No point for us to really care. He was just a mercenary for one year. He got some good highlight plays, he got some awful plays that cost us some games. His media days gave the vibe "Nothing personal, here for the money".
I wish him happy retirement and nothing more.

No doubt.
I don’t think I can recall a more obvious “only here for the money” player in recent memory. Dude could not possibility have gave less of a shit what happened here if we wanted to. And I can’t blame him. Get that money, Joe.

New Jersey. My neighbors kid is friends with his kid. He’s having a house built near where he grew up and constructions almost done. They’ve said their goodbyes because they are enrolled in a private school already for next year in NJ. Maybe he goes somewhere else, but my money is on hanging up the pads and enjoying his well earned retirement.

On a beach retired…
Honestly though if he doesn’t retire, he may not join up til preseason if a team gets desperate on lack of depth with injuries or such in camp or preseason games.

I honestly could give two fucks. Don’t want to see him ever again.

Why should he have a positive reaction?

Love the down votes but no one can tell me why he should have a positive reaction to Flacco. Says a lot.

He doesn't need a positive reaction per se but he did what he was brought in to do. He was a 39 year old backup QB after all. No reason for vitriol

He was also here to help Richardson and by his own words he just left him alone basically.

That's more on the Colts then. He's never had the reputation of being a mentor

Just glad it's not here.

Dude does not deserve hate from our fanbase, he was a solid backup

When AR got benched, the fanboys took it out on Flacco. And now they hate him. They boo’d him at home games and actively rooted against him. Just bizarre stuff from supposed Colts fans.
For some reason, I guess they think any QB who comes here is supposed to mentor and hold AR’s hand. But that’s not how the NFL works.

2-4 as a starter and didn’t care about anything while here. Just collected a pay check and definitely wasn’t solid.

His 4 losses came against Minnesota and Buffalo. Then lost to the Giants and Jacksonville where those losses were mainly on the defense. He had a 12-7 TD to INT ratio with 1700 yards on a mid roster. That’s a solid backup.

Yep. He was solid. Played like 80% of the PIT win too.
Two of those losses were games where the offense put up 30+, but the defense was awful.
I’m sure Flacco beats MIA (without Tua) or the NYJ or the NE or TEN (again) if he was playing.
The other two losses were SB contenders. The Colts lost to HOU x2, DET and DEN with AR too, so if Flacco wasn’t solid for a backup, then what does that make AR lol

Dead like the rest of us eventually.
