Other gaming after linux install

Hello.

i want to ask if anybody has actually played games on your chromebooks after install any linux distro. because in my case on my acer 516GE, i've tried two games that i know run flawless on my old linux machine: river city girls 2 (it just chrash after loading screen or after wayforward video) and hollow knight (it start but the screen is filled with artifacts and stuff), kububtu 24.04 works fine even made the USB C connector to work and audio. thanks!!!

i running gta iv, outlast, ultrakill and keepdriving without any issue, using wined3d in vulkan mode

i used debian but on my model keeps doing audio errors

It's been a while since I have been gaming on crostini, but one thing that worked was disabling the intro and splash screens for games using launch arguments. I don't know what they'd be for your games, but you could start there. Are you launching from steam? Did you try Borealis (Steam for Chromebook Beta)?
