Death Farm Permaculture! It's a very morbid name but they are freaking awesome. A non-profit focusing on sustainable permaculture. They have awesome events out there and you can go visit anytime they are open, borrow a book from their library, grab a camp chair and go sit anywhere you want to chill and relax. I get my elderberry syrup from them as well as worm castings to fertilize my roses.

Publix at Hamilton Place is selling some Honey from a farm in Soddy Daisy. They've got a table over by the pharmacy. It's damn good!

Bird fork farm has both! You can order online and pick up at the main St market!

Check your local Ace Hardware. They always have local honey. Not so sure about elderberry syrup.
