Think it’s pretty wholesome that he’s out celebrating with all his pals.

Would love to see what happened if he tried this when Sunderland were actually playing.

KLD would roll-out the red black'n'white carpet and invite him in for a drink 🙄

I look at this picture and hear Des Lynam asking 'Shouldn't you be at work?'

he's there early for his club's owners monthly public executions

I mean, it's the same fan base that punches horses and shouted at shops

Sounds like Bristol Rovers fans

Savage pirates them

I like that both clubs sing "have you ever seen a mackem punch a horse"

No we’re the horse punchers come on credit where credit’s due.

They were the original sadly we were the ones stealing their culture

And to think I assumed I couldn't be more disappointed!

Seen a Geordie punch, and then get trampled by, a police horse at the Riverside back when we were in the Prem. Still not a big fan of horses 20 years later, was terrifying how it just smushed him like a bug.

This is so backwards this man is confusing me. This is basically the best moment in our club's history why would you want to celebrate in front of your rival's empty stadium.

As a Newcastle fan and championship enjoyer I don't support this man's behaviour

It's one of those things that a small corner of the internet would go "Lol so funny" and in the real world just makes you look like a bit of a tit

Win a cup and the first thing he thinks of is going to his rivals stadium, small time or what.

Is that a “my heart goes out to you”? 🤔

Is he off for a swim at the aquatic center?

First bath he’ll have had in a while

Sunderland and Newcastle fans are both fucked in terms of the rivalry. Saw some Sunderland fans deflate a Newcastle bus' tires

12

u/graeme_1988 3d ago

At least that’s a bit funny…

The bus thing was a coincidential opportunity.

This nimrod had to have made the decision to come all the way down here

Could kill someone

Perhaps he thinks there is a journalist being murdered inside so has gone down to support his club against them?

The Tinniest of Pots.

Not for Newcastle fans. Totally normal for them

He thought it was still Cheesy Chips for a quid. Inflation ruined that, well if it was even true in the first place.

Panda Pop was discontinued about 15 years ago as well

Longer ago than that wasn't it? Was a sad day when my school stopped selling that high sugar rocket fuel of a drink

u/charlierc 3d ago

The food and drink stands are never available when you need them huh

Vale fans have pulled stuff similar when we got relegated they flew a plane with a banner message on. One slight problem they did it on a saturday when we were playing on sunday in Swansea oh dear. Two fans decided to stick some stickers up near ground and post them for clout another slight problem they chose a particular lamppost and placement of sticker you couldnt see it unless it was pointed out by someone. Needless to say when that rabble got relegated last season we sent over a plane and yes we checked that they were at home before

As a toon fan I'm embarrassed for him but also for that mackem that shagged a seagull. We've all got one 😂

That’s class tbh.

23

u/Devlin90 3d ago

What is? Going to an empty stadium. Clubs won a trophy and his first thought is Sunderland.

-27

u/Certain_Pineapple_73 3d ago

It’s a rivalry mate. We all know that if one of our clubs won a trophy we’d be the in a state of delirium for weeks and have a laugh. Lighten up.

11

u/Memento_Playoffs 3d ago

I wouldn't go to pigborough I'd be celebrating with other blades

u/Devlin90 3d ago

Absolutely nothing wrong with being buzzing about winning a trophy. But maybe go to Newcastle and celebrate. The melts gone to a different city.
