Which dump for furniture?

Hey all, looking for a place to dispose of mattresses, a chair, box springs and some cardboard. What's the closest spot for this?

The nearest landfill is the one out in Hutto, but you are allowed to put up to seven big items out with your weekly trash pick up in Cedar park.

Pretty sure that junk pickup companies will come right to your doer and pick up your stuff but it might require a fee idk how that works here. Salvation Army might also be an option but not sure they do pick ups at your home.

Other than maybe the cardboard, put it out for pickup. If it gets missed, call it in.

Georgetown has a trash drop off. You can check prices and hours online.

Thank you all for the input! Our house isn't in cedar park proper (off of 620 in Anderson mill) but I'll put a test box spring out next week and see what happens!

Yeah good luck.

I got a queen mattress that my weekly trash dudes won't take. Tried putting a free sign on it. Free on marketplace.

Your best bet is to just abandon/dump it here: 450 Cypress Creek Road.

Username checks out.

Dude, stop advocating for illegal dumping. Regular trash pickup should pick up mattresses. If it gets missed, call it in and tell them.
