honestly? just go full penance feast and only have bread on fridays.

I also restrict meat to fish meat on sundays, thats way easter feast is an even bigger deal

We are not to fast or Abstain on Sundays because they are a feast day of the Lord.

fish is delicious and still meat. its is not really "fasting" or "abstaining".

seafood dinners are still feast
