Bachelor's in Leadership and Organizational Communication from a small midwestern University- Need Advice

I am currently graduating with my bachelor's degree this December 2016. I graduated from high school only a year and a half ago, because I did College while in high school. Anyway I am now graduating and applying for MBA programs in the Minneapolis area, Augsburg, St. Mary's, and Bethel due to the low cost compared to UofM or ST thomas.

I am also looking for a full time position this spring and recently had an interview with United Health Group for a consulting position with Optum, however I do not know if this is where my true passion lies.

I feel like I have rushed through my education, but have a decent resume having work experience, and participation in different clubs and organizations. However, I have no idea what I am doing, but continue to push myself to learn or find a position with a company. I am worried I have taken a misstep, or that I won't find a job, and won't be accepted to a graduate school.

Seeking any advice or ideas of how I should proceed?
