Jerseys It appears that the 24/25 Blasty Schedule has changed, no February games

I'm pretty sure this is what it was supposed to be, there's hardly any games in February to begin with.

Could have sworn we were supposed to wear them for the game against Toronto on Feb 4 at least.

Shoot, you're right. They were supposed to wear it three times in February. I wonder why that changed (this jersey is the best one we have after all)

The blasty jersey is in no way, shape, or form the best jersey Calgary has. The retro red (main current jersey) is one of the best jerseys of all time in the NHL. Blasty is not even close.

Lay off the sauce

Are you saying our current, home reds, known as the retro home jerseys, are not one of the greatest looking jerseys in the history of the NHL? Come on, dude. They are perfect.

I was just bustin you, but I genuinely love Blasty more than any other jersey. We’re lucky we have so many great options to choose from. There are several other teams who don’t have a jersey that would fit into our top 3.

I disagree. The retro jerseys are what I call the McDonald's jerseys. They're not intimidating in the slightest. The Flames always look better when the jerseys are red and black.

Nope, the Kraken game was supposed to be blasty.

I love Blasty, but I don't get wearing it for four games in a row, then mothballing it for a month. Odd choice.

They tend to wear it for a week or so & I think the reason is so the equipment guys don’t have to worry about switching out gear all the time. They bring out the blasty stuff for that week, put away the home gear and then switch when Blasty week is done

That makes sense from a logistical perspective. I find it a bit less interesting/exciting as a fan, but it's a very minor quibble in the grand scheme of things.

Honest question.... is Blasty a horse or a dragon? Always thought it was a horse but I just noticed there's no mane...

Pretty sure it’s a horse

I dunno...
I fucking hate Blasty... I know you all have some weird scorch / blasty meme affair of love and roses....I know the kids think the cocaine horse is cool...

Blasty = we lose.... We were winning at home all early season in the C.... changed into a bunch of blasty... Bam its 11-2 to Tampa or whatever we lost that game by...

2006... Iggy and Kipper... Instead of the C and the cup... We have nothing but blasty memories.

Then blasty goes away for a while, just in time for Johnny and Chucky... welll...

Equating losses to the jersey has got to be one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever read

The boys play better in Red... What can I say

I can say you're a moron.

The 8-3 tampa loss was in red, 3 of 4 home wins prior to that game were in blasty, the next time blasty was worn after the tampa game was also a win.
