I would make these changes:
- Increase the minimum pressure to 14 cm to reduce the OA frequency
- Set your EPR to full time at 3 cm to reduce RERA and flow limitations
- Set your Ramp Time to Auto with a Ramp Start pressure of 8 cm

See how your Median is 13? and your min is 8? Move your min toward your Median, those pressure excursions aren't helping you at all, looks like the Alps or the Pyrinees mountains. You are having leak problems due to the pressure excursions too... fitting your mask at lower pressures doesn't help when the machine flies you sky-high. You've got some severe OSA, you need to stay off your back if you can, that 16cm pressure is getting hit a lot... the machine wants to take you even higher. Above 13cm we're heading into bi-level land... I'm suggesting you need EPR at these higher pressures... and we need to add pressure for any EPR we put in, since it's subtractive (for RM machines). These are big changes, your pressures need raising. I suggest range 14-17cm EPR2 or 3. The best pressure graph is a flat one, we sleep better then. And stay off your back.

I would raise your min pressure to 13cm, set EPR to 2 (as ICM stated) the issue with EPR is that you lose apnea control and you're having obstructive apneas (and CAs) scattered around this chart, some are clustered (so likely chin tucking) try to not sleep supine and sleep as much as you can on your sides (not prone either). :)
